This is an interesting nymph ...
because of the long "hairs" on the rear tibiae. I can't get it to family from your images.

 
Echmepteryx?
In looking at other barklice you have identified for me, this looks like Echmepteryx. The body is covered with hairs and there appear to be more than 30 flagellomeres in the antennae. This individual has a very distinctive color pattern on its head that is unlike others you have identified for me in that genus.
