This is a member ...
... of the family Ichneumonidae. It has the many-segmented (over 13) antennae found in the superfamily Ichneumonoidea, and has the classic "horsehead-shaped" cell in the forewing that separates it from most of the Braconidae (the only other family in the superfamily) (N.B. There are a few braconids (in the subfamily Aphidiinae) that have a similarly shaped cell, but those species don't have as many wing veins as does this one).
