Aneflomorpha - Psyrassa unicolor

Aneflomorpha - Psyrassa unicolor
Chattanooga, Hamilton County, Tennessee, USA
July 8, 2021

Psyrass unicolor
Several characters help separate this species from Aneflomorpha, the most notable being Psyrassa's very smooth, finely punctate pronotum. While quite slender itself, A. subpubescens is relatively broader and more robust than Psyrassa.

This is P. unicolor, as opposed to P. pertenuis as evidenced by the very short spine on antennomere III, and the lack of long, erect hairs on the base of the elytra.
