This was taken the same day: 07-14-01, as were two of the other photos, but two hours later, at 3 PM. If this is another species, what are the possibilities?

I agree that it is a female Sympetrum. I think the possibilities are vicinum (Yellow-legged Meadowhawk, or Sympetrum rubicundulum (Ruby Meadowhawk).
