Colorful cicadellid in south-facing winter grassland - Cuerna alpina

Colorful cicadellid in south-facing winter grassland - Cuerna alpina
Sevenmile Creek, 8 km NW of Helena, Lewis and Clark County, Montana, USA
January 22, 2022
Size: 6.7 mm
Homopteran, appearing grayish overall in the field (but in fact with incredible black and pale yellow mottling) except with reddish stripe laterally on FW and contrastingly white lateral border, hopping when disturbed. Perching on low, dead vegetation; photos and collected. At least 2 present. Rocky area on south-facing, snow-free slope, with senesced Agropyron spicatum, Bouteloua gracilis, Bromus tectorum, Artemisia frigida, Astragalus sp. Sunny afternoon, partly cloudy, 43 F, calm to gentle breeze. Generally continuous snow cover, 10-20 cm deep, melted on S slopes. 99% ice on ponds and stream.

Elevation ca 4000 feet. Disturbed riparian corridor on stream restoration site within a patchwork of native and non-native grassland.

A quick perusal of Montana cicadellids on BugGuide suggests that this may be Cuerna striata, but I don't have keys at this point to go beyond family level (suggestions for Montana?). Thanks in advance for help with this ID!
