I am thinking a geometrid because of the antennae.

Erebidae
Not Geometridae. See Zelicodes linearis. The bipectinate antennae are usually indicative of a male. By posting directly to Geometridae, our experts might not see this for months. I just happened to be looking for something else under 'recent' postings and it caught my eye. Nice photo of what appears to be a fairly uncommon species! But if you want it moved to species and are uncomfortable doing so yourself, you might want to tag the images and drop them in under ID request.

Thank you for catching that!
Thank you for catching that! I moved it to Zelicodes, because it does look like a very good match and the range and phenology look like they match as well. If I get even more brave, I might put it into Z. linearis. Many thanks!

No problems
According to the BugGuide info section for the genus, there is only one known species north of Mexico. I see no mention of undescribed Zelicodes on BG or MPG. Not sure why Steve Nanz would have placed that one image at genus level. That was seven years ago and I bet if he were to place it today it would have gone directly to species.
