Size: ~5mm.
I posted this photo on Flickr [http://www.flickr.com/photos/mcduck/1594134270/] and it was IDed as Leia varia by Peter Kerr. This specimen was photographed the day after this one, on the same potato plant; so I suspect they are the same species. There doesn't appear to be a BugGuide page for this species.
