Halictus sp. ? - Halictus farinosus

Halictus sp. ? - Halictus farinosus
Aromas, San Benito County, California, USA
July 1, 2008
Size: ~10mm.
I got only one shot of this guy before he left. Seen on Heteromeles arbutifolia in our yard. (live oak/chaparral habitat). I believe it is a Halictus sp., based on Dr. Ascher's IDs of similar specimens I have submitted . But I always like to get confirmation or correction from the experts on BugGuide.
