Arizona Moth for ID - Pelochrista hazelana

Arizona Moth for ID - Pelochrista hazelana
Rustler Park, Chiricahua Mountains, Cochise County, Arizona, USA
June 13, 2021
Possibly Pelochrista bolanderana Hodges 3029, but I am unconvinced because of the reticulation in the reddish brown areas. Most bolanderana are more solidly marked there. Somewhat more like 3009.1 – Pelochrista fritillana, which however appears to be a Texas rather than Arizona species. Found on a sheet with a Bioquip UV black light.

Pelochrista hazelana
