August 25, 2020: collected mines on leaves of Round-headed bush clover, Lespedeza capitata, in a hill prairie remnant
September 18, 2020: 3 parasitoid wasps
If I said Eulophidae, I'd be guessing.

Looks like a male. If you can provide a dorsal view of some of these wasps, we may be able to take this further.
