Moth or wasp?

Moth or wasp?
Bear, New Castle County, Delaware, USA
July 21, 2008
Sorry about the quality of this image but I am hoping to satisfy my curiosity. This insect had antennae more than 2 times the length of its body (head to wing tips). It was attracted to lights but didn't stay very long.

Thank you!
Thanks Lloyd and J&J for moving this along!

Moved
Moved from Caddisflies.

Leptoceridae
One of the long-horned caddisflies.

Those long antennae
usually belong to caddisflies, but we don't know that group at all.

Thank you!
I will take this as an opportunity to investigate caddisflies. Thanks for the pointer.
