Found at White Rock lake on the side of the Sunset Bay pier. Need species confirmed and is it female?

Moved
Moved from ID Request.

Color can vary, so I wouldn't go by that. The pronotum does not appear to be particularly flaring, and the tibial extensions (what can be seen of them) look more like those of femorata than declivis. Still, the eye can be fooled so I'd be reluctant to make a species call from this one shot.

I
totally understand :)

Looks more like A. femorata to me.
Any other angles?

unfortunately
I had 2 other shots, same angle, this one was the most in focus, the plant it was on was standing in water so could not get to any other sides. On gender didn't see one big spike but several spikes so was thinking female.
I do have several confirmed femorata at this location but they are all much darker, not gray like this one. Both genders were dark.
