Melbourne, Brevard County, Florida, USA

Size: about 1/2" long
Trying to figure out what these are. This one is dead, or hatched into something else. They move like a snail, and have a 1/8" long head that sticks out, but retracts when scared. I have only seen them in a bathroom, so I figure they must thrive in moist environment?

Household casebearer moth, I believe
