Thanks
I am seeing these at UV lights about once a week or so.

Cixiidae?

Not a fly
it has more than two wings, flies = diptera
But big beautiful wings! Did you get any other shots, lateral?
Could this be something like Anotia? We wouldn't recognize it in this spreadwing position.

Another one
I have submitted another that looks very close. This may be the natural wing position. BugGuide 210879 I kept this one and could send it to anyone who is interested.

Thanks for quick reply
Shows how little I know about flies. I grabbed it thinking it was a moth. This seemed to be the normal position of the wings - maybe not so flat but not angled backward. They are transparent. Because the wings were held flat, I did not try a lateral shot.

Well whatever it is,
it's nice! and we'll be eager to find out about it!

Great photo -
not sure what this is, but the wing venation looks a lot like a cicada - see this photo for example:

Maybe a homopteran, anyway?
