I've not found a neat little mayfly that looks quite like this one before. I wonder if it might be an armored mayfly?

Right you are. I believe this female subimago be Baetisca laurentina.

Thanks so much for identifying this neat little female subimago mayfly as Baetisca laurentina, Roger. She looks quite different from the male imago B. laurentina mayfly that I had previously found at Cardinal Marsh.
