I thought I may have been able to key to S fuscipennis nobilis from photos using Knutson and Orth 2001, but confidence is low.

Katatergite w/o setae, pedicel approx 2.5x as long as wide, hind tibia more or less uniform color, mark on frons not visible (but angle is poor) and range point to S fuscipennis nobilis - unless I am mistaken.

BugGuide comments also mention the flattened pedicel is unique to S fuscipennis in the east - I think this individual may have that trait and it may be east enough.
