Size: 6mm
These beetles are all over one of the weed plants(ragweed?), devouring all it's leaves.

I think it's the Klamath Weed Beetle, Chrysolina quadrigemina, doing what it was imported to do, eat and control St. Johnswort, aka Klamath Weed, which bears small yellow flowers.

Question though: Was the leaf it's sitting on for this photo from the plant upon which it was feeding? That's not a St. Johnswort leaf.
