Catonia
An Achilid planthopper (note how the wings overlap). You need to see the face for a species identification.

Not leafhopper.
These are two really fine shots of a planthopper in the family Achilidae, probably genus Catonia. Andy Hamilton can help you better, though:-) Neat find!
