anthocorid - Dufouriellus ater - male

anthocorid - Dufouriellus ater - Male
Rockville, Montgomery County, Maryland, USA
March 7, 2022
Size: body 2mm
Dufouriellus ater. Appears to fit the features of this species as described in both Kelton (1) and Herring's (2) papers: medial longitudinal groove of pronotum, "asymmetric and skewed to the left" shape of the genital capsule and the "slender, sharply curved" shape of the genital clasper (both shown in Kelton's figure 35), and the shape of the metapleural scent glands and osteolar canals (Herring's figure 22; Kelton's figure 75)

Found under the curling outer bark of a river birch

I'm posting this to ID Request just in case I've gone seriously astray. TIA
