Small but interesting moth that came to lights inside house. Photo taken on glass of sliding door. ID help would be appreciated.

Thanks again David, it seems that your identifying the majority of my submissions. I appreciate your expertise in this. I'm learning slowly how to identify them. By the way, I noticed that this species is further north, is it known this far south?
