It not Chironomidae, Psectrotanypus dyari for me

Size: About to 3 to 4 mm
I think it is not Psectrotanypus dyari because of the wing's patterns really differents from Psectrotanypus discolor for me.
I know Psectrotanypus discolor is knew only in Saskatchewan (Nature Serve Explorer)

Some members of the Thienemannimyia genus group have similarly marked wings. Possibly Rheopelopia.
