Explanation of Names
Oedemasia salicis (Edwards, 1877), rev. stat. in Miller et al. (2021) (1), formerly treated as a subspecies of Oedemasia concinna (Smith, 1797) includes as a synonym O. riversii (Behr, 1890).
Range
Canada: southern BC; USA: WA and ID south to southeastern CA (1)
Type locality (salicis): Mt. Shasta, CA.
Type locality (riversii): Napa Valley, CA.

Oedemasia concinna (Smith, 1797) is separated by range with potential overlap in the Pacific Northwest. Larvae cannot be separated by observable characters.
