Opheltes glaucopterus
Thanks so much for identifying this ichneumon wasp as Opheltes glaucopterus, Jonathan! This is a new ichneumon wasp for me. Elm sawflies are common at Hayden Prairie where the larvae eat prairie willow leaves.
