This wasp is probably a Chalcidoid wasp but I'm not positive.

You are absolutely ...
... correct. But getting it to family is a wee bit tricky for me on this one. At first glance I thought it was a pteromalid, but the shape of the pronotum and wing venation looks more like a eurytomid. So I'll just assign it to the Chalcidoidea for the time being.

Thanks for taking a look at this parasitoid wasp, Bob. I had thought it might be a pteromalid wasp too, but didn't see any examples there that looked promising.
