No, but it is an orb weaver.
This looks like the "arrow-shaped Micrathena," but it may be a different species in that genus, so I'd wait for further comments from others.

This is called an Arrowshaped Micrathena (Micrathena sagittata). It looks like a female, too. Fantastic job on photographing this, by the way. I hope these are moved to the Guide, because I've never seen a picture of this species that looked so good!
