Treehopper - Stictocephala diceros

Treehopper - Stictocephala diceros
Acadiana County Park, Lafayette, Lafayette Parish, Louisiana, USA
July 4, 2008
Size: 1/2 inch
I narrowed this one down to either Ceresa diceros or Ceresa albescens. Can anyone give a determination as to which? It was in the dense woodland of southern Louisiana.
