Photo won't upload for ID request

This is my first submission, so maybe I missed a step, but I don't think so. I've tried to post an ID request, but everything loads except the photo. I can't figure out why. It's a jpg, ~400x559 pixels.

Your image
was in CMYK color mode, instead of RGB, and most (or maybe all) web browsers don't know how to handle it.

Geez...file this one under 'D
Geez...file this one under 'Duh'. I *knew* that - I can't believe I didn't catch that. Thanks for pointing it out!

That's strange -
maybe one of our tech knowledgeable folks will have a suggestion, but we have never encountered that problem. Did you use Browse in the image upload area to browse to the location on your computer that has the image?

I did use the browse button.
I did use the browse button. I resized the image in PhotoShop, because the original was a large file. It may be a glitch in my PC. I tried sending the file to someone else & they were able to open it. I'll keep trying to troubleshoot it.

Problem solved - for now
It must be an issue either with PhotoShop or my PC. I sent another photo that I was having issues with to my work PC and it loaded with no problem. Thanks for the help!
