Several of these pale saldids were observed along the white, sandy seashore and a small, inlet where the sand had mixed with darker organic sediment. Fast, alter, and flighty, they were very difficult to capture and in about an hour I was only able to collect two specimens.

Five enclosed cells within the distal membrane of the forewings suggests these belong to the genus Pentacora.

A second morphospecies, both smaller and darker, almost solid slate-grey, was observed on the surface of a stretch of mangrove quagmire (for lack of a better descriptor; the area was along the shore but was comprised of a roughly two-to-three feet deep layer of soft, decomposing vegetation produced by both marine currents and a stand of red mangroves, and covered with a very thin layer of sand). No specimens of these were able to be captured or photographed.
