This looks like a really cool Acmaeodera, but it's not in the pages, so maybe it's another genus. Sit tight for a Coleopterist.

 
Doesn't mean much
There are over 100 species in the US. It's no surprise that it's not in the guide. I haven't seen any genera that have that much in the way of setae other than Acmaeodera. I doubt it's Acmaeoderella, Acmaeoderopsis or Acmaeoderoides.
