Acamaoedera - Acmaeodera acuta

~4150' elevation, Bishop.

This beetle as well as a few others (only 1 per flower) were targeting the middle of Desert Dandelion flowers.
There were other Desert Dandelion plants nearby but this one seemed to be their plant of choice.
