Size: Approx 5-7mm?
Noticed this apparently ovipositing on a Contarinia negundinis gall. Hoping for ID. I can't find anything online about likely parasites of this specific midge. What I am finding leads me to think that it may be in Eulophidae and even Aprostocetus. But I really don't know. It was too tiny for my equipment so the photos aren't very good.
