Size: ~2 mm (1.8 mm body)
On a Cucurbit flower at 3:36 p.m. No prey were in sight for these particular wasp images but the wing venation was captured. Genus confirmed as Anacharis by Figitidae expert, Matt Buffington, on FB group Hymenopterists Forum on 5/6/22.

Although this is a cynipoid ...
... it is not in the Charipinae. It is another subfamily of Figitidae, the Anacharitinae, probably the genus Anacharis.

Thank you! Time for me to study the difference between wing venations for Charipinae and Anacharis. Finding it a bit confusing unless the wasp is with prey. Will correct suggestion on this post as to not confuse future searches.
