Macromiidae?
Hi,
I think this may be a Macromiid. They are flat and spindly, much like this one. The picture isn't good enough to get genus, though, I'm afraid- at least for me.

Thank you Andrew. I have observed the more spidery-legged Macromiid in the same stretch of water. I do have this specimen being reviewed by some local experts. Thanks for your review.
