This may not be a good angle for ID but I am hoping. It was the only shot I could get. Any help would be appreciated.

Could it be a Megachilid?
The shape of the abdomen makes me think of Megachilidae and the big eyes may suggest that it is a male, so it wouldn't have a scopa on its belly. Unfortunately I am just guessing.
