Size: 4mm DIA balls
These hairy ball clusters likely fell from Tulip Poplar trees and were found in multiple locations on our back deck with living maggot-like larvae or pupae (only one inside each ball/sack). Upon examination one "fell out" when the thin skin of the round ball broke open; photographs will be added of what was living inside one of the "eggs".
