Need ID on tiny Mayfly

Need ID on tiny Mayfly
Moccasin Lake, Winston, Douglas County, Georgia, USA
July 28, 2008
Size: about 10 mm (body)
I was looking underneath some leaves on a Sweet-gum Tree and found this little Mayfly. Does anyone know which one this might be? Any help with ID would be greatly appreciated.

Moved
Moved from Mayflies.

Hindwings?
I cannot find hindwings in this photo, so I assume that they are either absent or too small to be apparent. Despite the rather large size estimate, I believe this is a female imago of Baetidae.

Maccaffertium
I believe your mayfly to be a Maccaffertium female imago, of which genus at least (11) species are found in Georgia.

Thank you
Thanks Roger, I appreciate it very much.
