Oncometopia leafhopper on Smoketree - Homalodisca liturata

Size: 1 cm
I believe this is an Oncometopia leafhopper and I'm hoping someone might narrow it down to species and even a common name. I found several on a Smoketree in 85 degree temperatures just after sunrise in the desert.
