Providing a definitive generic ID ...
... for eurytomids can be quite difficult, especially without having a specimen on hand, under a scope. That said, Eurytoma is the most commonly encountered genus in our area, and I see nothing unusual about this specimen, so it probably is the genus Eurytoma, but I'm no expert in this group, so I'll just move it to the family level for now.
