This damsel was perched on the lawn need the pond. I would love to know what it is

Please see Eastern Forktail (Ischnura verticalis)


Even though the stripes on the thorax look like Fragile Forktail (Ischnura posita), I think the blue tipped abdomen rules that out.

Not overly uncommon to see a broken shoulder stripe on Eastern.
