Sorry I couldn't get the tip of the tail, the dragonfly flew away before I could get a better shot.

It's one of the Stylurus club

It's one of the Stylurus clubtails. We have 2 recorded in Manitoba Riverine and Elusive. It's not Riverine. Pictures of elusive are few and far between. Where in Winnipeg was this?
