These are Chaetopleurophora, but I can't tell which species. If you collected the specimens and send them to me for identification, I can let you know for sure.

Family Phoridae
Hello Bill,
Great picture!
These are flies in the family Phoridae. A big family, and difficult to identify, even when specimens are available!
