Argulus (Fish Louse)

Argulus (Fish Louse)
The Colony, Denton County, Texas, USA
August 13, 2008
Size: 2 mm
I found this thing attached to a goldfish fin. The goldfish (about 3 inches long) was dying and had a 10mm sore on its side. Any ideas?

Moved from Fish Lice. Turns out there are genera other that Argulus, and I don't know how to distinguish them.
