the black elytral suture suggests M. serrulatus

I think a male, which has the antennal "club" involving the apical 6-7 antennomeres.

Mycetophagidae
Mycetophagidae, Mycetophagus sp., but which one I'm less than certain. I'd guess M. flexuosus, but suggest placing at genus level until someone else confirms/refutes.
