Xestonotus lugubris
based on my microscopic examination of this vouchered specimen. Pronotum is rather distinctive with widely projected anterior angles, well rounded posterior angles, and punctae across the base. Thanks Tom.

That looks like a match
But just to be sure, I'll wait to make the new genus and species pages after Peter Messer examines the specimen.
