My "spidey-senses" are telling me
that this may be Styloleptus biustus, but I can't see the lateral margin that would clinch the ID from an image. In that species, the margin is black from the middle of the elytra all the way forward along the base of the pronotum - a character not present in any eastern Sternidius.
