Potential Stachyocnemus apicalis - Stachyocnemus apicalis
Tepee Ridge and Frechman River Campground, Grasslands National Park - West Block, Saskatchewan, Canada

Observed on the hill the encompasses Tepee ridge and overlooks the Frenchman River Valley to the North and Frenchman Valley campground to the South.

Found a few of these on the hill but it was tricky to get close enough for a good photo.
