Large Robber Fly - Stenopogon inquinatus - male

Large Robber Fly - Stenopogon inquinatus - Male
Thompson Falls, Sanders County, Montana, USA
August 13, 2008
Another Stenopogon inquinatus? This one would have more black on the hind legs than all the others.

Moved
Moved from Robber Flies.

Male
Steno. And I assume only martini could be confused with inquinatus in that state. Likely another S. inquinatus.
