citrus flatid planthopper - Metcalfa pruinosa

Size: approx 6-8 mm
Dropped on my shirt from presumably the canopy of the downy hawthorn I was working under. Groundcover of Euonymus also a possible host plant. Found around 5 planthopper nymphs that looked especially "downy" w/ regards to wax filament on and around the base of the trunk.
