If one could convince oneself that these are actually punctations on the elytra (and not just tricks of the light), this is probably C. rutilus (Erichson 1839). Although one can't see the microsculpture on the pronotum (it should be present), the color, longitudinal impressions on the outer edges of the elytra and locality are good matches- it seems unlikely to be anything else...
