Halyomorpha halys nymph - Halyomorpha halys

Halyomorpha halys nymph - Halyomorpha halys
(Evergreen Cemetery) Nashua, Hillsborough County, New Hampshire, USA
July 20, 2022
Found on Frangula alnus, Glossy Buckthorn. It is a species of tree that is listed as invasive throughout NorthEastern USA. I can usually find the invasive stinkbugs in the thickets of invasive plants. This is the first time I remember seing H. halys in this stage of development, with lots of spikes both lateral and dorsal.
